6/16/99 Kierin Chase, Retail Based Activities Manager for Wizards of the Coast, just sent us this news: "Players not playing in the main event (Trainer Showdown Battle) don't need to buy Ticketmaster tickets. " ... but you will have to pay separately for your side events :-)
6/15/99 Kierin Chase, Retail Based Activities Manager for Wizards of the Coast, told us last night that: "There will be a large (all ages) DCI sanctioned side event on each day of the Pok�mon Trainer Showdown Battle. Also there will be a small sampling of the Pok�mon League that will debut later on this year" So now everyone older than 12 might have reason to go ;)
